Genesis

OpenCS is a software publisher, a spin-off from Cyber Studio that, since 1995, has developed its competences in Internet, Intranet and Extranet applications engineering, development and integration for large companies and public administrations.

The OpenCS solution comes from a first human workflow ground “use”: the answer clients’ specific need wishing to improve the coordination of actors for Internet websites developments and maintenance.

1998 - 2000

Technologia Award (01Informatique). OpenCS version 1.0 with the help of the ANVAR

2001

Creation of OpenCS
Release of the J2EE norm, a Java standard that is a result from the agreement of several Java 2.0 publishers of OpenCS – New design and architecture (R&D support from IBM)

2002 - 2004

OpenCS wins prestigious references: Ministry of Education, Conseil Général and Préfecture of the Indre region, the VCP/LVMH group, etc… Capital IT award, Product validation by FTR&D. OpenCS is selected to be part of Paris Cyber Village, the high tech center of Paris. OpenCS intelligent unit at the Ministry of Education.

2005

Integrators partnerships: Unilog, IBM France… New client references: the Paris City council, CDC First business applications available in ASP mode (purchasing, public sector, finance)

2006

New investors in the company’s capital, OpenCS V5.0 release, Acceleration of the R&D program with a new ANVAR financing, First ASP clients
