For each folder, "compose graphically", within your Internet browser and without any download, "the 3Rs":
- its Roles: who does what, grouped by big functions (requesters, experts, managers...)?
- its Routes: how do actions of different roles on this folder come one after the other?
- its Rules: how does a folder reacts on the basis of the actors' responses? Do automatic routings exist? Who is alerted and when?...
