Conseil Général of the Indre region
OpenCS has developed an online services kiosk on a common platform for the Conseil Général of the Indre region.
These applications are developed in an
incrementalway.
Traffic stop management
The implementation of construction and maintenance works or the organization of events can result into decisions of modification of the traffic (blocked way, deviation, changing traffic lights…).
On the basis of the requests (works, events), traffic stops are required by the Préfecture, established by the subdivisions of the Direction Départementale de l’Equipement, validated and signed by the whole city councils regarded, treated by the qualified services of the Conseil Général and the Secretariat of Assemblies, and diffused to the whole concerned actors.
Most requests must be dealt with in a short notice.

Modeling of information exchanges and implementation of working Internet interfaces through logins adapted to each role: DDE, City Councils, Conseil Général
Definition of a basic format of traffic stops for all instructing services and online conception of stop documents from a library of paragraphs, managed by a business animator from the Conseil Général

The DPDS is the service of the Conseil Général of the Indre region that manages the allowances of home assistance related to local associations
Several local associations benefiting from public financing are in charge, on the field, of the assistance attributed by the DPDS commission.

Modeling of the whole working and information exchanges processes between the requesters, the DPDS, the associations and the training centers
Implementation of a fully customized aid request management application immediately accessible by all actors through an extranet
Specific functions development: for example, an automatic research of available professionals that matches the requested criteria in order to cover the needs of a beneficiary.

Ministry of Education
Modernization of the public service
Within the context of the Modernization of the Public Service, the Ministry of Education wants to implement different projects of online procedures.
The project
Implementation on a shared platform of three “pilot” projects:
- Online seizure an follow-up of computing investment request by academies (local representation of the Ministry) to the Ministry (Application Programming Territorial Information System).
- Dematerialization and digital signature of authorizations for the connection of secondary and high schools to the virtual private network Racine-Agriates of the Ministry (Racine-Agriates Integration)
- Online follow-up and validation of the status of the projects by the DPMA-A3 office agents, in connection with the Head of Office (DPMA-A3 Monitoring)
For each of the pilot projects, design of customized Internet interfaces and illustration of the applications kinematics with validation by concerned actors.
